Shipping Methods

We use Standard Shipping option for most orders. Item will be delivered within 8-15 business days after the order is placed.

Please Note:

More than 97% of packages will arrive on schedule. However, there are occasional instances where a delay in delivery time is caused by severe weather conditions, foreign customs, or an incorrect address. Do not hesitate to contact us if you find yourself in this situation.

For orders delivered at the PO box, please include the zip code plus 4 or 5-digit in your order shipping address.

A tracking will be emailed to your email when your order is prepared to be dispatched so you can track it all the way to your house. You can track your order directly on the website by entering your Order Number and the email used for your purchase.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us.

Most packages (97%) arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date, possible reasons for late delivery include the following:

Incorrect address
Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
Severe weather conditions
International customs procedures

If you did not receive your package as promptly as our website stated, we will give RESEND OR REFUND per your asking. Please email us at support@dikilada.com and we’ll make it right!

Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don't charge import fees for shipments but some others will. Tax is not included in the price on our website, which meansyou may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.
